FPEF Scholarship Awards

The Foundation’s endowment provides scholarships for deserving Fayetteville High School seniors to attend college and advance their careers.

Scholarship Funds can be directed toward students attending a particular school, studying a particular subject or field, need or merit, and named in honor or memory of an individual or group.

2019 Scholarship Recipients*

Brooke Weber Expand

Amount: $1,125.00

Matthew J. Siebenmorgen Scholarship

To commemorate the ideals and life of Matthew, an outstanding student academically, in excellent standing among his teachers, dedicated to family, church, and civic activities. The recipient must demonstrate tremendous work ethic, particularly in home, and community and church.

Amount: $3,261.07

Heather Spears Memorial Scholarship

Financial assistance to a recipient that demonstrates not only academic achievement but also involvement in extra-curricular activities and the community at large.

Carter Smyers Expand

Amount: $250.00

Class of 1952 Scholarship

For students who plan to attend the University of Arkansas, with an interest in education, with a preferred focus in math or science.

Charlotte McCombs Expand

Amount: $1,300.00

Blake Croxdale Writing Scholarship

Presented to a graduating senior who shows exceptional promise as a writer.

Amount:$1,446.00

Nathan Altman Writing Scholarship

Presented to seniors interested in pursuing creative writing.

 

Emmerie Bailey Expand

Amount: $500

Class of 1952 Scholarship

For students who plan to attend the University of Arkansas, with an interest in education, with a preferred focus in math or science.

Amount: $750

Dr. Benny A. Winborn Scholarship

Presented to a senior who plans to attend a two-or four-year college or vocational school.

Amount: $3261.07
