FPEF Summer Intern Job Title: Strategy & Development Intern
Job Description: Assist in resource allocation and planning to increase educational equity and student opportunity and reduce the student achievement gap among various socioeconomic statuses, races, or genders.

Pay: $4,200
Work Schedule: 35-hour week for eight weeks during the summer.
In addition, students will attend 90-minute educational sessions during the program to build business-related skills, including leadership, professionalism, critical thinking, collaboration, and interpersonal communication.
Founded in 1992, the Fayetteville Public Education Foundation (FPEF) provides students with pioneering educational opportunities by fostering partnerships and investing in innovative programs championed by our educators- achieved through a donor-funded endowment that awards grants to teachers and scholarships to students. Since inception FPEF has provided over $4 million in grants and scholarships, serving over 10,000 students annually.

The Tyson Summer Community Internship Program is a partnership between United Way of Northwest Arkansas and Tyson Foods to provide an invaluable opportunity for select college students to gain professional experience while making a positive impact in our community.
