Endowment Grants & Scholarships
Fayetteville Public Education Foundation’s endowment provides grants for innovative and pioneering programs to academically enrich our student’s education. The Fayetteville Public Education Foundation’s endowment also provides scholarships for deserving Fayetteville High School seniors to attend college and advance their careers.
The endowment principal is never spent. Instead, they’re invested and the earnings support the grants each year. That means each grant Fund in our endowment provides permanent financial support annually through grants.
ESTABLISHING A GRANT OR SCHOLARSHIP FUND
Grant Funds can be designated for a specific area of education, school, program, or department and named in honor or memory of an individual or group. However, some donors choose to leave their Fund undesignated, enabling grant applicants to dream big and seek support for innovative and pioneering programs.
Scholarship Funds can be directed toward students attending a particular school, studying a particular subject or field, need or merit, and named in honor or memory of an individual or group.
