A better way forward
Since 1992, the Fayetteville Public Education Foundation’s endowment grew from $750,000 to over $4 million.
Phase l
The endowment began with two goals in mind: first, to guarantee that teachers would be the sole beneficiary of support and second, that thousands of students would be engaged in extraordinary programs in our Fayetteville Public Schools.
Phase l continues to provide our teachers with innovative grants ranging from $500-$10,000.
Phase ll
Building on the momentum of the initial phase of the endowment, we are now ready for a new phase to support systemic, sustainable projects that can move-the-needle. Growing the endowment will mean we will provide educators with the resources for groundbreaking programs to ensure our schools, our students, and our alma mater remain exemplary.
Phase II awards from the campaign will award our educators grants ranging from $25,000 to $200,000 for “big” projects that are far-reaching and accelerate promising projects to improve student outcomes
